Meet Laura MacKinnon

Robyn was born and raised in New York and recently relocated to beautiful San Diego, CA. Her passion for animals started as a young child when she brought home her first pet at age 6, a salamander! Since then, her love for animals has grown exponentially. Robyn brought home her first dog at age 9, a German Shepherd named Bria. Their friendship and bond continued and flourished for 14 incredible years. It was her relationship with Bria that influenced her career in dog walking and pet care.

Robyn graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from SUNY New Paltz in 2017. From there, she gained knowledge and experience working for a local dog rescue and in a dog daycare facility which led to her running her own pet care company for two years.

In 2019, Robyn happily joined the Oh Happy Dog! Family and has enjoyed caring for all the fur kids who make San Diego so incredible!
